Wolf & Heron worked with the Product Manager Learning & Development team at Google to pilot several formats of the Influential Storytelling workshop experience and ultimately design a bespoke experience for Google Product Managers.
The experience enables Google PMs to become better product evangelists. They leverage the stories they craft in presentations to executives, while engaging engineers, and to encourage users to adopt their product.
Juniper Square was excited to host its first ever in-person Sales Kick Off event. Given what they knew about the power of stories, the leadership determined that the SKO would be designed around storytelling with the theme Ignite: Stories Brought to Life. Wolf and Heron drew from the foundational Influential Storytelling program and created a series of storytelling training experiences for team members at all levels.
At the week-long SKO event, the Juniper Square 100+ sales team developed:
